The Twisp Valley Power and Irrigation Company’s annual Shareholders Meeting will be Saturday, March 11th, at 10am at the Twisp American Legion Hall. You will be receiving a mailing of minutes from the last year’s meeting and YOUR ALL IMPORTANT PROXY FORM IF YOU DON’T PLAN TO BE AT THE MEETING. PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THIS FORM BEFORE MARCH 11th. We need at least 2,001 shares represented in order to conduct official business.
Also, we will be having elections for director positions as well as for president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Consider running for any of these positions.
