The annual shareholders meeting for 2018 will be on Saturday, March 24th at 10am at the American Legion Hall in Twisp.
You will be receiving and agenda and proxy form as well as minutes from the previous shareholders meeting in the mail shortly.
Please pay special attention to the proxy form if you are unable to attend this meeting because we need a majority of shares represented in order to take care of business.
