July begins the hot summer days. The hot weather creates more water usage through out our system. Marty is having a much harder time keeping up with the current demands. Even though we are sending down the maximum amount of water our system can handle it still appears to be not enough. This means low water levels at the tail and not spilling any water at the spill points. How we are irrigating can be more efficient. Such as not leaving the water on in the same spot for long periods of time. Moving our irrigation to dry spots more often. Turning off when your area is saturated enough. Possibly reducing down the size of the water nozzles or sprinklers etc. We all recognize all the share holders pay their fare share to use the water. We are not at a drought stage and hope that will not happen. There is plenty of water in the river. The biggest problem is our water system recently is not big enough to handle the demands. Especially when everyone is turned on at the same time. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
