TVPI Shareholders:
You should have received your annual mailing, which would include minutes from the last shareholders’ meeting, a copy of the amendment to Article X of the bylaws passed at that meeting, and a proxy form.
If you can’t make the February 23rd meeting, please be sure to complete your proxy form as instructed. We need 2001 shares to be represented in order to do TVPI business.
