The TVPI Directors would like to announce that they have completed a contract for the repair of the flume located on flume grade. Replacing components of this part of the ditch have been discussed for many years, and, after much discussion and analysis this year, the Directors have decided to proceed. The contractor will be Cory Spellman, who, in addition to being a contractor, is also a holder of TVPI shares. Work will begin as soon as weather permits in the spring, and will continue until it is time for water on May 1st. Given the dry conditions we have experienced, the directors have the goal of a May 1 opening.
